These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services and products offered by Better With Duran ("we," "our," "us"), including but not limited to: 1-to-1 training, bodywork, bone-setting, online education, workshops, seminars, retreats, digital downloads, and all platforms associated with our brand.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website, booking a session, purchasing a product, or attending any event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services and offerings provided by Better With Duran, including:

• In-person bodywork, bone-setting, and structural sessions

• 1-to-1 training and internal mechanics coaching

• Workshops, seminars, multi-day clinics, and retreats

• Online courses, PDFs, digital downloads, and educational materials

• All communications, bookings, newsletters, and website use

• Any future services introduced under Better With Duran

These Terms apply across all platforms: website, email, booking systems, social media, and in-person operations.

2. Booking, Payments & Deposits

2.1 Booking confirmation

All bookings require payment or a deposit at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit has been successfully received.

2.2 Accepted payment methods

• Cash (in person)

• Bank transfer

• QR scan payments

• Stripe

• PayPal

• Airwallex

• K Bank

2.3 Deposits

Deposits are required for all services. Deposits are non-refundable if the client does not show up, arrives late, or cancels outside the permitted time frame set out below.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation timelines vary by service type.

3.1 Chiang Mai Sessions & Training

• Full refund or free reschedule if cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.

• No-shows are charged 100% of the session fee.

• Late arrivals: if we cannot accommodate the remaining time, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

3.2 Tour Locations (international or domestic clinics lasting 3–5 days)

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Any cancellation within 48 hours is non-refundable.

• No-shows are charged 100% of the fee.

• Rescheduling is permitted only within the same 48-hour window.

3.3 Workshops, Retreats & Multi-Day Events

• If Better With Duran cancels or changes dates, clients receive a full refund.

• If the client cannot attend for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

• We are not responsible for travel costs, flights, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.

3.4 Digital Products

• All digital downloads, online courses, PDFs, and educational materials are non-refundable.

• Access issues caused by user error, device incompatibility, or lost downloads are not grounds for a refund.

• Where you are protected by consumer law (for example, customers in the EU or UK), by purchasing and accessing digital content immediately, you request that access begin right away and acknowledge that any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right is lost once access has started.

4. Health, Safety & Liability

Better With Duran operates in health and wellness education, not clinical medical practice.

4.1 Not medical advice

• We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

• All content and services are for educational, wellness, and structural training purposes only.

4.2 You assume all risk

By participating in training or bodywork sessions, you accept responsibility for your own health and physical condition. You agree that:

• You participate in services voluntarily and at your own risk.

• You are responsible for disclosing any injuries, relevant history, or concerns before a session.

• You will consult a medical professional before participating if you have any health concerns.

4.3 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Better With Duran is not liable for injuries, pain, discomfort, reactions, or outcomes arising from bodywork, bone-setting, training, or instructions.

• We make no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or improvements.

• We are not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or dissatisfaction.

• Our total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. Age Requirements

• Individuals under 18 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• All bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

• A parent or legal guardian must remain present for the duration of any session involving a minor.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Not video-record bodywork or bone-setting sessions (video is strictly prohibited). Photos are permitted during bodywork sessions.

• Recording of training sessions is permitted unless stated otherwise.

• Behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.

• Not misuse, resell, distribute, or replicate any of our materials.

We reserve the right to terminate any service, without refund, if a user violates these conduct rules or behaves inappropriately.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Better With Duran reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Safety concerns

• Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour

• Inappropriate requests

• Misrepresentation of health information

• Violations of these Terms

Refund decisions in such cases are at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials produced or shared by Better With Duran are protected under intellectual property law, including:

• Training methods

• Educational content

• Digital downloads

• Workshop materials

• Recorded content

• Brand style, logos, and written materials

• Bodywork and structural methodologies

You may not copy, distribute, record (where prohibited), modify, publish, resell, or claim ownership of any content or method without our explicit written permission.

9. Changes & Service Modifications

We may alter or update website content, service pricing, event dates, availability, and policies at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in Thailand.

11. Website Usage

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Misuse contact forms

• Publish or share harmful content

• Infringe any intellectual property rights
