Traditional Body Work
Chiang Mai
I offer a traditional Body Work method rooted in Kung Fu, and internal arts — refined over 6,000+ sessions across the UK, Europe, and Asia. The work reads and releases tension, compression, and blockages held deep in the body.
It restores ease, structural organization, and movement quality — precise, non-forceful, and designed to open the body rather than override it.
Most clients leave feeling lighter, looser, and more grounded in how they move.

What Our Clients Said

“I felt better after just one visit.”
THESE GUYS! 🙌🏻 As most of you know, 15 years ago I experienced a horrendous spinal injury which initially had me in a back brace unable to move for months & ultimately left the vertebrae in my lower back fused with absolutely no movement & up to just 7 days ago I experienced pain on a daily basis . . . Well, after just ONE (yes, one) session with @andymacks_ig & @duranmack of @hme_healing my spine is MOVING & I am pain free! Nearly half of my life I’ve spent dreaming of a solution & now, unbelievably I’ve found it ⚡️ These guys are wizards, incredibly knowledgable, professional, honest, intuitive, wise & such good fun. So happy to have found you now!
Thank you for another amazing session this afternoon guys. My body, spirit, mind & inspiration are all renewed 🙏🏻 This is a good day!!!
— Karis Scarlette (Royal Ballet graduate)

"For the first time in my life, my body actually began to reorganize itself."
I’ve had all types of massages, adjustments, and bodywork—Rolfing, Deep Tissue & Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral, Chiropractic—and none compare to HME HEALING. The Qi Setting I received seemed to get to the most essential, deepest parts of my body and nearly instantly corrected root skeletal misalignments in my ankles, hips, sacrum, lumbar, thoracic, cervical vertebra, and even reset my left shoulder so it finally moves comfortably and sits properly in its socket.
After a Qi Setting session (just 10–15 minutes), I feel like I have a brand new skeleton. A typical massage feels good for a day or two, but this left me with an aligned, comfortable core body sensation that lasts for months. After a few sessions, I now have the precious gift of a new, efficient, relaxed way of carrying my body.
In my late 40s I noticed my spine developing odd irregularities and worried I was headed toward the same painful hunch my grandmother suffered with. Now, after several sessions, I feel confident I can maintain a healthy, aligned spine as long as I keep up my Taiji practice and receive a good session every now and then.

"They have an uncanny ability to sense tension"
"I went for a treatment to help correct postural alignments and relieve tightness in my body to improve my Taiji training. They have an uncanny ability to sense tension and postural deficiencies in the body, and his Qi Setting skills are truly amazing in helping to release the areas and re-align the skeletal structure. I felt areas of my body open up that would have taken me years to get to, if ever.

About the practice
What to expect
Bone Setting is a traditional hands-on method used to open the joints, free restricted lines in the body, and restore a more natural sense of ease and movement. It comes from old martial traditions and requires a high level of internal skill — refined sensitivity, precise pressure, and the ability to feel deeply into the body.
Because of these demands, few people ever develop it, and the method has nearly disappeared, even in mainland China, where modern approaches have largely replaced traditional systems.
Experienced Practitioner

Personalised Method
Every session adapts to your unique structure, tension patterns, lifestyle, and goals — practical, clear, and results-focused.
Results That Hold
The changes we create aren’t temporary. We teach the body how to keep them through new patterns and better structure.

Most people feel a clear shift after the first session, but deeper change usually happens over a few sessions.
From there, we recommend monthly, bi-monthly, or tri-monthly check-ins to keep the body opening and prevent slipping back into old patterns. Both consultation and treatment are conducted within a 30-minute session.
Not in the rehab sense. Think of it more like maintaining openness and structure in the body — the same way you maintain strength or mobility.
