My goal is to help people improve their bodies through hands-on treatment and targeted training, both in person and online. I work mainly across Asia, using practical methods that open the body, improve movement, and teach people how to look after themselves long-term.

Back
Story

I’ve spent my life inside the internal arts, growing up in Thailand and learning traditional methods of opening the body long before I worked professionally. In my early twenties the training became serious: long hours every day exploring movement, internal force, meditation, joint opening, and how the body behaves when habit and compensation are stripped away.

From there I added tendon and ligament work, unconventional strength training, and deep study of how to build a body that is capable, responsive, and durable. This training-first approach shaped everything I do.

Most health practitioners learn techniques;

I learned the body itself.

That gives me a very different perspective, and a strong edge in both hands-on work and teaching.

I’m certified to teach Taijiquan and traditional bodywork, hold a Diploma in Tui Na from Xian Tian College, and am a registered member of the Acupuncture Society (MAcS 2278).

About Us

My professional journey has taken me across the UK, Europe, and Asia. I ran my own clinic in London for several years and was later invited to work in some of the country’s most respected spas, including Hotel Café Royal in Piccadilly.

I’ve worked with actors, athletes, professional dancers, rugby and cricket players, and high-profile clients who flew me in specifically for hands-on work and internal mechanics training. Through thousands of treatments and many hours of coaching, I refined a system that combines opening and strengthening, release and capability — real methods that improve real bodies.

About Us

Today I’m based in Chiang Mai with my wife and son, running clinics across Thailand and travelling for bone-setting tours and occasional workshops. I work with people who want more than temporary relief — people who want their bodies opened, educated, and upgraded.

My focus is simple:
Open the body. Retrain the mechanics. Rebuild natural strength.

I help people move with clarity and ease using principles drawn from a lifetime of internal training, professional bodywork, and thousands of client cases.

The goal isn’t to create fighters or athletes — it’s to help people become capable, aligned, strong human beings who understand their own bodies and can maintain them for life.
This is the work I’m committed to sharing in Chiang Mai and beyond.
