Payment is made after each session unless you are booking a 3-session pack. Packs are paid upfront to secure the discounted rate.

For new clients, a 20% deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
For returning clients, no deposit is usually needed unless requested during busy periods.
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable or you may reschedule without fees if you cancel inside the required timeframe:

Tour Locations (Bangkok, Singapore, etc.):
✔️ Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before your session

Inside 24/48 hours, the deposit is forfeited due to the lost slot.
